Dr. Kristin Grace Schneider

Dr. Schneider is a licensed clinical psychologist (PSY24733) specializing in the treatment of anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma. She is dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals and build a life worth living.

 

As a cognitive behavioral (CBT) therapist, Dr. Schneider offers individual therapy that is evidence-based. Treatment focuses on identifying and changing patterns of behavior, thoughts, and emotions.

 

Dr. Schneider is trained in multiple evidence-based treatments, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Treatments offered for post-traumatic stress disorder include Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Prolonged Exposure (PE). 

Dr. Schneider holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the Department of Psychology and Neuroscience at Duke University.
